Thursday, a Tallahassee music shop owner was busted for selling illegal CDs and now, he is in even more trouble. Police say he was selling drugs out of the store as well.
Officers searched the Flava Music Store on Railroad Avenue Thursday, arresting Owner Michael Robinson for burning and selling CDs at a cut rate price.
However, officers say they discovered another business in the back, complete with marijuana, scales and baggies.
Tallahassee Police Department Sergeant Bill Bierbaum says, "It was a very small operation, but apparently it was enough that it was possible he was selling out of the back of the store based on the paraphernalia."
Officers seized more than 7000 illegal discs. The boxes fill a conference room at police headquarters.
Officers are now busy cataloguing each disc as evidence in the case.
