FSU police say more fans than ever are parking illegally around Doak Campbell Stadium, but police say this weekend they will be running interference.
FSU police say football fans will be getting some costly penalties off the field this Saturday if people follow the same game plan.
Chief Drayton says their goal is to be on patrol early and stop fans before abandoning their illegally parked cars.
Police say fans should take advantage of the $3.00 roundtrip shuttle service from the civic center. Now that parking garage is fairly new, it is located on the corner of Woodward and Call Street.
On game day, parking is free in the garage.
