Rash of Robberies in Tallahassee

The first robbery clocked in at 10 o'clock Saturday night.

Tallahassee police say a man snatched a woman's purse on the 1600 block of North Monroe. Then around 1:20 Sunday morning, Leon County deputies respond to a robbery at the Sonic Drive-in on Capital Circle NW. Deputies say the robbers got away with some cash.

Police say about 30 minutes later at 1:50, a man walking in an apartment complex parking lot on Holton Street was held up by a suspect armed with a gun.

The fourth robbery happened in broad daylight around 12 p.m. this afternoon. Police say three armed men approached a student in a parking lot on North Woodward Avenue and got away with a wallet and cell phone.

Investigators aren't sure if any of the robberies are related. If you have any information about them, please call Crime Stoppers.
