FSU basketball fans will start seeing a little more security at games this year.
Many fans recall the scene back in March when FSU defeated Duke. Then, there were no FSU police officers on the court.
This season the department will start putting officers on the court to assist the other law enforcement agencies.
"I think the more law enforcement we have available at the sporting events, the better. If it is an FSU sporting event, I think it is right FSU police should be there," said FSU senior Sarah Davis.
This Sunday at the Leon County Civic Center, FSU will play against the defending national champion Florida Gators.
