A robber struck in broad daylight in one of Tallahassee's busiest shopping centers. It happened at the First American Cash Advance on South Monroe Street.
Tallahassee police say a masked man with a handgun walked in at one o'clock, demanded money, and took off on foot.
Police say there was a lone employee in the store at the time.
He describes the gunman as a black man wearing a dark jacket, about 5'10”, 230 pounds.
