Bikers Ride Through Tallahassee for a Good Cause

It was the "15th Annual Tallahassee Motor Works Toys for Tots Drive."

Men and women lined up to drop off a new unwrapped toy into the Marines Humvee.

The motorcycle fanatics say it's a great way to do something they love while bringing a smile to some needy families during the holidays.

Michelle Carruthers said, "It combines a lot of elements that people enjoy, and a lot of them love their bikes, like to see friends, and also to have a good benefit it's great too."

The Leon County Sheriff's Office put on a safety demonstration to teach riders the best way to brake and take turns on their bikes.

Organizers say unfortunately this year they had a low turnout, with about 400 fewer people showing up for the drive.
