Tenants of Villa North Apartments in Thomasville are gathering to discuss ways to make their neighborhood safer.
Together with the Thomasville Police Department, residents have formed a neighborhood watch program; a program they say is making a difference.
Kimberly Hudson, the Property Manager says, "When you have suspicious people it keeps a lot of people watching. You have neighbors watching you and looking out for you when you're not there."
Hudson says more and more people are coming to the neighborhood watch meetings each month. And they have noticed a change for the better in the neighborhood.
