The co-pilot of a jet that crashed in August, killing everyone else on board, was released from a rehabilitation hospital yesterday.

James Polehinke of Florida underwent treatment at Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital for about two and a half months.

The August 27 crash at Lexington's Blue Grass Airport killed 49 people when the Flight 5191 tried to take off from the wrong runway.

Polehinke entered Cardinal Hill after being released from the University of Kentucky Hospital in October.
