Quitman, GA -
Roughly $50,000 dollars worth of stolen property was recovered last night in Quitman.
The property was taken from storage units on 202 North Washington Street over a one-week period. Tyrone Thomas and David Nellis were both arrested and charged with burglary. They allegedly used bolt cutters to steal a wide variety of items.
Wesley Ross is the Chief of the Quitman Police Department. He said "anything from clocks to chairs to huge air conditioners. vacuum systems, just anything that was in the storage unit."
Police say they made the arrests after finding some of the items on craigslist.
