Tallahasseeans Celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

Hundreds of all races, genders and ethnicities gathered to celebrate Martin Luther King Day.

The ceremonies started at 10 a.m. with the commemoration of Reverend C.K. Steele Sr. at the C.K. Steele Bus Terminal in Tallahassee, FL.

Reverend Devin Wright was one of the speakers.

After this service, the groups marched towards the steps of the capitol to Rally and Commemorate Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The theme of the day is "Honoring the Legacy, Facing the challenge."

Vanessa Baden, a student at Florida State University was a speaker for the rally at the Capitol.
