Cash Hall Murder Charge

The third and final man accused of killing an FSU student in his room at Cash Hall was sentenced Wednesday morning.

Ulysses Thomas was originally charged with murder in the death of FSU student Jonathon Enrile. Wednesday morning, he plead guilty to manslaughter and was sentenced to five years in prison, but he'll likely be out sometime next year because he'll get credit for the three years and eight months he's already spent in jail.

Prosecutor Jack Poitinger says the victim's family was not happy with the plea deal. The other two defendants are serving life sentences, but both have filed appeals.
