Air flights in and out of the country's busiest airport were delayed or cancelled Thursday because of ice issues.
Delta Airlines and Airtran Airways canceled 80 flights that were scheduled out of Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport Thursday morning.
Delta officials said they canceled 50 flights because of the fear of icing and Airtran canceled 30.
Both carriers began canceling some flights Wednesday night.
Airline officials say they will work with travelers to rebook them on flights as soon as possible.
