He dumped the mail in a dumpster, but the U.S. Postal Service says 90 percent of the mailman's illegal delivery is at its final destination.

The retrieved mail was being held as evidence in the investigation.
A few weeks ago, a passerby noticed the mail worker throwing more than 500 pieces of mail into the trash.
The postal worker has since been fired.
