Florida A&M University, fall graduation 2003; it was an evening of wisdom according to actor and comedian, Bill Cosby, himself. The Emmy Award winner's speech included a comparison of today versus "back in the day."
America's favorite dad says he was here to support his 60-year-old younger brother, Russell Cosby, as he graduates.
"This is one of the greatest days of my life, especially since my older brother, taller, is here," said Russell.
The two brothers shared an intimate and intense moment as Bill Cosby put aside the jokes and compared this FAMU graduation to one he went to at Moorehouse University, when his son Ennis graduated.
Russell Cosby has graduated with honors, a 3.0 average. He said he got his college degree as a promise he made to his late nephew, Ennis Cosby.
