It's now up to Wakulla County commissioners to decide whether they'd like a water bottling plant in their own backyard.
Monday night the planning and zoning board disapproved plant plans.
The non-binding recommendation now goes to county commissioners for a final vote in March.
If they vote in favor of the plant, water from Wakulla Springs will one day be bottled and sold at stores.
