An Apalachicola woman will spend the next nine years behind bars for transferring more than $200,000 of his money into her accounts.

Seventy-nine-year-old Pearl Westmoreland of Apalachicola was convicted of transferring more than $200,000 of an elderly man's assets into her accounts.
Investigators say the victim gave Westmoreland authority to write his checks. She now must pay back $218,000 to the victim's estate.
