Potter Clothing Drive

Twelve years ago, Deacon Nathaniel Potter and his wife Evangelist Edith Potter experienced life on the streets. They were living in Horseshoe Plantation when both headed to Tallahassee for a better life.

They found jobs and now, more than a decade later, have decided to help feed and clothe others.

"Basically that's what it’s all about, helping someone that can't help themselves. I just wanted to give back to the people the things that I couldn't get. It makes me feel good to give people something that I didn't have."

Every day, the Potters hand out food and clothing to the needy. Donations come in from local companies like Publix. They are still in need of tables and chairs to help hold the donated goods.
