The Ochlockonee River Kennel Club hosts it's annual dog show at the North Florida Fairgrounds. More than 1,300 pure bred dogs pranced around for the judges, all vying for the ultimate title of best in show.
Dog handlers and owners say it's a lot of work to get the pups ready for the show. Barbara Cantlon works with several show dogs. "Your usually up and around at 5:00 a.m. taking them to the bathroom, bathing the dogs, then grooming them. Yorkies and Maltese get their knots done."
The dogs are judged on how well they match American Kennel Club standards.
