The charges came in the wake of the death of 19-year-old Florida State student William Riebsame.
Douglas Veltkamp and Amy Conti were employees at the River Front Saloon where authorities claimed Riebsame entered with fake identification and was served alcohol. Riebsame was struck and killed by a car later that night.
"We provided affidavits of witnesses, documents to prove that nobody underage was served that night. We proved that the bouncer and the bartender adhered to the law. They took fake IDs from kids and it was nobody served underage," said Tim Jansen, the attorney for Veltkamp and Conti.
Jansen also said his clients and the River Front Saloon are completely exonerated and there are no pending charges.
