Twenty-nine-year-old Jason Miller is charged with armed robbery and possessing a weapon during the commission of a crime.
Thirty-year-old Mary Culpepper is also charged with armed robbery and one count of being a party to a crime.
Deputies say Miller donned a Halloween mask and a shotgun and then held up a teller at the Park Avenue bank.
"The lady that was actually held up with a gun to her head is in my family. She is basically like my aunt. Her husband works for my grandfather, so it's a big deal to me actually, especially happening here in Lake Park cause we never really have that happen here," said Lake Park resident Deandra McMullen.
Miller and Culpepper have both been booked into the Lowndes County Jail.
