Safe Return for a Wandering Alzheimer Patient

By  |

Shortly after 4 PM Friday, Johnnie Henderson wandered off from his home on Saxon Street. Tallahassee Police Department responded to the call and discovered Henderson was a Project Lifesaver client.

The police then called on the Leon County Sheriff's Office and deputies used tracking equipment to locate the device Henderson wears on his wrist.

They found him within ten minutes on Mosely Street. This was the first time a Project Lifesaver client went missing.
