Alcoholism is a very serious addiction, right up there with Crack, Meth and pain pills. Alcoholics will rarely admit to being an "Alcoholic". And driving impaired whether it's alcohol or drugs, should be punishable by as many years as one can get. No body should be driving impaired, I don't. But you know, there are always those who are too stubborn to let someone else drive for them, those are the ones who should be locked up.
