A Quincy man is now facing a second count of DUI manslaughter, after he allegedly killed a couple last Friday.
8-year-old Emily Broach was the only survivor from Friday night's crash.
Her parents, Leslie and John Broach of Havana, were driving down Highway 27 and County Road 159 when their sedan was hit from behind, by 62-year-old Larry Yeomans' truck.
The couple was taken to Tallahassee Memorial, where they later died.
Florida Highway Patrol say Yeomans was arrested on scene last Friday and charged with only manslaughter count at the time, but
Gadsden County Jail officials say Yeomans is now out on a $125,000 bond.

"He was a good father. He was a good son. He was a good grandson," says Becky Broach. "He's going to be missed by me, by his family and his friends very much."
Becky Broach wipes back tears as she remembers her big brother, John "Bubba" Broach.
The 30-year old and his wife, Leslie, were killed in a crash Friday night about a mile from their Havana home. They were in their Pontiac sedan at the intersection of Highway 27 and County Road 159, when their car was hit by a truck.
62-year old Larry Yeomans of Quincy was driving that truck. Troopers say he had been drinking. He now faces two counts of DUI manslaughter. The only person in the Broach's car who survived was their daughter, 8 year old Emily.
"Very good parents." says Glenda Shepard, Emily's aunt. "They loved their daughter. They loved their daughter beyond anything else in life."
The Broaches lived in this home with John's mother. All weekend, friends - and neighbors they didn't even know - have been stopping by. Family members say they have to stay strong for Emily, who insisted on returning to school Monday.
"I didn't want to miss another day," says Emily Broach.
"Emily is a strong little girl and sometimes, I think she teaches us that we need to be a little stronger," says Glenda Shepard.
"It's really sad that people can't (drink) in their own home. They have to go out driving when they're intoxicated and hurt other people and in this case, leave an 8 year old girl behind. She has to go on without her mom and daddy," says relative Norma Parramore.
The funeral for the parents has been set for Wednesday. As for, Emily she has only a few bumps and bruises. She will continue to live with her grandmother.
