Mega Millions Helping Hope Scholarships

Money, money, money, money; $230 million!

The Mega Millions is at one of its all-time highs, but it’s not just the players benefiting from all the cash.

Some say if they won they would give it to charity. Others say they would build a big house, but what many people don't know is it's a chance to help students receive Georgia's Hope Scholarship.

"I have cousins that are trying to get high GPA's to get the scholarship to just go to college,” says Zulmia Webster, a VSU student.

The Hope grant helps students with tuition, books and fees, but some say the scholarship could get harder for students to get, and the thought of losing all that money has students searching for an answer.

Some say it’s a price to pay to make a future a priceless one.
