Leon County Commission Approves Low Income Housing

Tuesday evening the Leon County commission approved a $100,000 award for construction of low-income multi-family housing to be built here off of Capital Circle, North West.

The funds will come from the state housing initiatives partnership funds.

The apartments will be built by the Cornerstone Group Rob Ippolito. The apartment complex will be called Quail Ridge. The units will be built on the west side of town.

Cornerstone says the monthly rent will range from $600 - $800 for one to three bedroom units.
