Boil Water Notice for Jefferson County

From the Jefferson Communities Water System:
As a result of a water-main break on Old Lloyd Rd, residents are asked to boil all drinking water starting October 28th until further notice.
JCWS is presently trying to fix the problem however the notice will stay in effect until it is determined that the water is safe to drink.
A public notice will be made.
It is not known when the problem will be corrected but they will continue to work until water is restored.

its amazing that i live in jefferson county and i just heard about boiling water. we need better communication
