University of North Carolina Professor Christopher Browning spoke to FSU faculty and staff about his new book, "The Origins of the Final Solution."
Browning says his work examines how Adolph Hitler and the Nazis went from relocating European Jews to Africa, which subsequently led to the extermination of six million Jews.
"Particularly, how decisions are made to commit genocide, how do you mobilize a country to commit mass murder,” Browning comments.
The lecture was sponsored by FSU’s History Department, and the Center for the Advancement of Human Rights.
