Debra Russell has been baking for more than 25-years. As part of her passion, she wants to bake the world's largest chocolate truffle. She's trying to beat the Guinness World Record which currently stands at 220 pounds.
Debra Scott Russell comments on the challenge, "It is a personal challenge and I'm pretty sure I can pull it off. They do have certain specifications that I have to go by and I'm really shocked that they even came back and told me to go ahead and make the attempt."
Russell is setting her goal at 300 pounds... she's using dark chocolate, butter and cream. Russell has been whipping up this plan for more than a year. Once she has the proper officials in place, she will begin baking... which she expects will take two weeks.
