A Tallahassee man is behind bars for driving with illegal cargo. Thomas County Narcotics Agents arrested 24--year-old Joseph Kretschmar yesterday. 11/02
Agents say they received information Kretschmar would be driving north on Highway 319 carrying oxycodone pills in a burgundy Mercedes.
Authorities set up surveillance on him, spotted the car south of Thomasville, and asked him to pull over.
Officers say they got consent to search, and found two sandwich bags full of oxycodone in his underwear.
Agents say there were almost 400 pills in the bags, and each pill is worth about 20 to 30 dollars.
Kretschmar has been charged with trafficking oxycodone.
