Some Motorcycle Trails to Close In Apalachicola National Forest
The U.S. Forest Service will close a motorcycle trail in the Apalachicola National Forest to the public Thursday until further notice.

USDA FOREST SERVICE NEWS RELEASE:
Tallahassee, Fla. –
The U.S. Forest Service will close a motorcycle trail in the Apalachicola National Forest to the public Thursday until further notice as the Leon County Sheriff’s Office conducts an investigation into a plane crash that occurred last night.
The trail is located near the Tallahassee Regional Airport. For those familiar with the trail system, all of Trail Number 12 will be closed except for Trail Number 12R.
Please check with the U.S. Forest Service Wakulla Ranger District Office at (850) 926-3561 before any planned trips to that area of the forest.
