He's accused of running a high-stakes gambling operation out of his Tallahassee home.
You may remember earlier this year fuller faced a barrage of gunfire in an apparent robbery attempt at his home on Victoria Street.
Tuesday night Leon County sheriff's deputies, Tallahassee police officers and FDLE agents are at his home once again to execute a search warrant.
Fuller has been arrested on felony charges of operating a gambling house.
Detectives are investigating claims that stakes in games at his home could run as high as $100,000 a game.
