Police Searching For Missing Runaway
Tallahassee Police are searching for 17-year old Shameka Wilson who officials say ran away from home.

The following information was provided by the Tallahassee Police Department:

Tallahassee Police are searching for 17-year-old Shameka Wilson who officials say ran away from home.

Shameka L. Wilson
-17 years old
-5’5” tall
-140 pounds
-black hair
-brown eyes
-last seen wearing a black South Pole (name brand) jacket, gray jeans, and pink boots.
-Last seen leaving her home located in the 600 Block of West 6th Avenue Tallahassee, FL

The Tallahassee Police Department’s Special Victims Unit is seeking information on the location of this subject.

Foul Play is NOT suspected

me,who even cares that she has run away?I surely won't be looking for her.I mean she's 17 and ran away.It ain't like she was snatched out of her home by someone.

To me: She's not a kid, she's a young adult and going to be a legal adult in less than a year. She probably didn't want to do something her parents told her, in most runaway cases if they are found and returned to the parents, they'll runaway again.
