Thomasville Police Offering Reward to Help Find Robber
Thomasville Police need your help finding a man who robbed a Cairo firefighter at a Bank of America ATM.

Police in the Rose City have arrested a man wanted for putting a gun to a firefighter's head.

Thomasville Police arrested 32-year-old Derrick Kemp on Thursday 11/12 at a Grady County motel.

Authorities say they received tips from residents saying Kemp was in the Cairo area.

Police say Kemp held a gun to a Cairo firefighter's head in late October at a Thomasville Bank of America ATM.
They say he demanded money and his bank card.

Kemp has been charged with armed robbery and possession of a firearm during a commission of a crime. He will be arraigned Friday 11/13 afternoon.

Thomasville Police need your help finding a man who robbed a Cairo, Georgia firefighter at a Bank of America ATM.

Police say 32-year-old Derrick Kemp is considered armed and dangerous.

Authorities say Kemp put a gun to a Cairo firefighter's head at a
Bank of America ATM in Thomasville in October.

The Bank of America is located at 14977 US Highway 19 South.

Police identified Kemp in a bank surveillance video.
