Damages in the fire that wiped out an entire city block in Marianna are now estimated at one and a half million dollars.
Investigators are still trying to figure out what caused the fire. It started Monday night and engulfed three businesses.
It started at Barnes Tire Store. Employees there are working hard to get the only part of the building still standing ready in hopes of opening for business again on Monday.
Frank Stackowicz, the general store manager, said, "At first you kind of don't know what to do, but after a while you just have to pick the pieces up and get back to work. Actually, once you start back to work everything starts coming together again. Like the guys say, Monday they'll be glad to do some tire work after all this clean up."
The Florida State Fire Marshal's Office will continue its investigation next week.
