PeachCare shortages, abortion laws, and the budget are all items that kept Georgia law makers busy this session, so busy that Gov. Sonny Perdue is calling for a special session.
Perdue announced Friday night that he will call for the session to address the 2007 amended budget.
Perdue recently vetoed a budget proposal saying "neglecting critical needs will not happen on his watch."
The Governor's Office says a minimum duration for special session is five days. A date has not yet been set for this session.
