Republican Leaders To Hold Special Session On Florida High Speed Railroad
Florida's Republican legislative leaders say they're looking at a special session on commuter and high speed rail issues beginning Wednesday.

Florida's Republican legislative leaders say they're looking at a special session on commuter and high speed rail issues beginning Wednesday.
In separate statements, Senate President Jeff Atwater and House Speaker Larry Cretul told members to be ready to pass legislation to create a new passenger rail system in central Florida and persuade Congress to help the state pay for a high speed rail system.
Gov. Charlie Crist also supports a session to deal with the
issue.
