19-Year-Old Tallahassee Man Sentenced For Child Pornography

A Tallahassee man caught in a statewide child porn sting enters a plea.

19 -year- old Nicholas Martin was arrested back in June as part of a statewide crackdown on child pornographers.

FDLE agents seized a computer from Martin's Killearn Acres home and say it had more than 100 pornographic images on it.

On Wednesday, Martin entered a no contest plea to a possession of child porn charge and was sentenced to five years of sex offender probation.

Martin was ordered to have no unsupervised contact with children under 18.

got that right find out facts before passing judgement!!!!how about 17 year old boy--never even kissed a girl----doesn't drive or go anywhere--only friends are on internet--xboxlive gamer friends---he is home all time cause of muscular dystrophy--very immature---got too curious and started looking at porn on internet---when you look at porn---you are not sure what age sometimes until too late--13 year olds look eighteen sometimes too---most of the time also you have to download porn to look at--so there is your charge of possession of child pornography--son could be facing 5-10 years in prison and labeled sex offender--remember now he has never even touched anybody and has never even been sexually involved in his 17 years of life-- what is this world coming to--i am ready to give up--oh and by the way he was going the day after they raided my house to start classes for GED so could go to college--thats out now because one of the conditions of bond are no computers

Sandy and ML, Both of you should really find out ALL the details before you make a comment. I actually took the time to find out the details. Remember this when it come to the media "Believe nothing what you hear and half of what you see." If they really believe this is a good story to cover that's really sad. Maybe they should look into the guys in jail on murder charges. Find out the details before you make a comment unless you WILL sound ignorant.
