An argument between newlyweds ends with the husband being charged with attempted second-degree murder. Tallahassee police say
Saturday afternoon a couple that had been married for two weeks were involved in a brawl. Authorities say it all happened when Sidney Earl decided to return his wedding ring to Wal-Mart.
Police say when Earl returned home, he and his wife Twanna Yong began to argue about the ring. Officials say during the course of the argument earl punched and choked his wife.
He was arrested for attempted second-degree murder at the couple's home and is being held at the Leon County Jail without bond.
