Fugitives who come home for the holidays may be greeted by more than their mothers.

Tallahassee Police continued their roundup of wanted criminals Tuesday.

19 year old Deondra Hudson was arrested Tuesday afternoon.

Police say he was openly selling drugs in an apartment complex bustling with kids.

It happned at the Sunrise Apartments at 2525 Texas Street.

Tallahasee Police scaled the stairwell of Building A shouting "Deondra, U.S. Marshals, Tallahassee Police," before letting themselves in with a key.

Within minutes, they emerged on the apartment's back staircase with 19 year old Deonda Hudson in handcuffs.

"They say they saw me selling drugs. I mean, that ain't true, no. I don't do that," Hudson said.

Hudson was arrested for violating his probation. Officers say he was selling drugs in plain sight and there was plenty of cocaine inside his upstairs apartment too.

"What you have here is a crowded courtyard area full of kids and you have someone who's openly selling drugs out the back steps of an apartment," said SGT James Fairfield.

Police tried to arrest Hudson in a similar Thanksgiving roundup, but he jumped the back balcony and got away. Not this time.

'All I did was run in the crib. I mean, who ready to go to jail? Not me. I ain't ready to go to jail right now," Hudson said before he was transported to the Leon County Jail.

No points for finding thugs on TEXAS ST. If cops couldn't find a criminal on Texas St they are brain dead.
