A German woman accused of drowning her own grandson in the bathtub will go in front of the judge Monday.
Her husband says she didn't want him growing up with divorced parents.
Marianne Bordt's attorney cited pre-trial publicity and asked a judge to close Monday's court hearing, seal pre-trial evidence in the case, and issue a gag order.
The judge refused to close the hearing, but will take up the gag order and evidence request in less than an hour.
We'll have live coverage tonight on Eyewitness News.
