West Gadsden high school was supposed to give the test on Tuesday, but students were given a two day delay in the wake of Monday's crash.
But after seeing how emotional the students were, superintendent Reginald James decided to give the students the weekend to get ready for their FCATS.
Testing will now take place this coming Tuesday, March 16th.
"We're hopeful that they will be ready. We believe they will be. We had a very uplifting ceremony yesterday. I'm hopeful and prayerful they will be ready to go on next Tuesday."
The education department has also given West Gadsden High School the permission to make special accommodation for students who were on the bus Monday and are still out with injuries.
