A Bainbridge, Georgia man is headed to prison for a deadly shooting in Tallahassee.
One week before he was slated to go on trial, 26-year-old Carlus Fountain pleaded "no contest" to second degree murder.
Fountain was arrested last year, accused of shooting and killing James Dickey outside an apartment on Texas Street.
Police say the two men were arguing over $100.
Fountain was sentenced to 30 years in prison earlier this week.
