Kevin Wailes, City of Tallahassee Utilities General Manager, says, "We have crews in the filed riding lines and removing limbs that might cause a problem."
The CH Corn Hydroelectric Power Plant at Lake Talquin will lower its lake level to accommodate the heavy rainfall. Plant officials anticipate being able to deal with the additional flow without downstream flooding.
