Associated Press Release
MIAMI (AP) -- The FBI is looking for three men who wore medical scrub outfits when they robbed a South Florida hospital credit union at gunpoint.
Authorities say the men robbed the Jetstream Federal Credit Union branch on the second floor of Mercy Hospital in Miami early Thursday morning. The FBI says the men made off with an undetermined amount of loot.
Three employees at the credit union were kicked, sprayed with an aerosol irritant and threatened with a handgun. They were being treated for injuries at the hospital.
Surveillance photos show two of the men wearing green scrubs, head coverings and ID-like tags around their necks. A possible car used in the get-a-way may be an older model faded green 4-door Buick with tinted windows.
