Tallahassee, FL-The family of a 9-year-old boy killed in a St. Patrick's Day crash is raising money through a basketball tournament to help send two teens to college.
Tyler Biggins along with 9-year-old Vincent Vickers and Vincent's mom were killed on St. Patrick's Day in 2012. Their car was t-boned by another driver who police say was high on spice.
Biggins' family is using a basketball tournament to honor their son and help raise money to send two teens to college. The family says basketball was Tyler's favorite sport.
"He's smiling down on us. Well, I know he is. He's smiling down on us. I know he's happy," said Tracey Biggins', Tyler's mom
The family hopes to hold the tournament every year.
