Body Found in Thomasville, Man Identified [SLIDE SHOW]

Thomasville,GA- Thomasville Police have identified the man as 52-year-old David Eason from Thomas County.

Eason was found dead in a grassy area behind the Baymont Inn and Suites on Remington Avenue shortly before 10 a.m.

Police say Eason was reported missing Thursday night to the Thomas County Sheriff's Office.

At this time, there's no word how the man died, but investigators say they do not suspect foul play.

Thomasville, GA - A body was found behind the Baymont Inn and Suites in Thomasville, on Remington Avenue, between Pinetree Blvd and US 19. The discovery came just before 10 a.m. Thomasville Police and investigators with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation are on the scene. No word on the identity of the person.
