Gadsden County, FL -- February 4, 2012
Gadsden County Sheriff's Office says they were called in reference to a burglary and theft. Once on scene a deputy made contact with the victim, Leslie Robinson. According to Robinson, at approximately 07:35 a.m. she was awakened by a loud banging noise. Robinson stated at first she thought there had been an accident but the noise stopped. A few moments later, she stated the noise began again and felt as though someone were shaking the house and she got out of bed and looked out the window but did not see anyone or anything at that time.
Robinson stated she then went to the door and saw someone walking
past the white car in the driveway and the banging noise began again and she contacted 911.
While on the phone with the dispatcher, Robinson said she saw the
unidentified man coming through her living room into the den. At this time, she stated she told the man to get out and he turned and walked away from her but stopped as if trying to tell her something. She stated she again told him to get out and he left through the back door through which he had entered. Robinson remained on the phone with dispatch until this deputy arrived on the scene. The unidentified man was on the back porch of the residence upon the deputy's arrival.
The deputy arrived on the scene and went around the residence. They drew their service weapon and instructed the suspect to come out. The suspect, Salvatoria Hall followed instructions and was arrested. Hall was transported to the Gadsden County Jail. Upon questioning, Mr. Hall stated he had been to Roosevelt's (Night club) and was looking for a ride back to his residence in Georgia.
The deputy went into the residence and observed the back door where the suspect entered the victim's residence. The door frame around the back door was broken and signs of a forced entry were visible.

My cousin is harmless and is one of the kindest cousins I have. He has a spotless criminal record. Never been charged for anything in his life. Sal has...problems AND HAS PAPERWORK BEHIND THEM. He was at the club with his brothers and they left him there. They shouldn't have left him. He was also drunk. Alcohol mixed with problems already is a bad combination. I wasn't there but I strongly believe he wasn't aware of what he was doing. I strongly believe he wasn't trying to harm anyone or steal anything. Maybe he thought he was at home..... Maybe he wanted to use the phone. Even though I know those things I also understand that you cant break into someone's house disability or not. My cousin is a nice guy. I wasn't present when he did what he did, but I know he was super drunk. My cousin is a good guy Gadsden County. Please understand he is not putting on anything to get off. His spotless and perfect record proves it. I will come to court and make a testimony myself! My cousin is good. He had no bad intentions!
Nobody has to deal with the aftermath but the person it happened to and until it happens to you don't kno how it feels. And someone kicks in your door how are to know if their harmles or not and to awakened out tyo something like this is good at all.
