Cats Need A Home For The Holidays

By  |

The Tallahassee animal needs your help finding homes for cats this holiday season.

About 300 animals, many of them cats, have come into the shelter just this month.

The shelter staff says they are certainly in need of finding loving homes for a lot of the cats and kittens that have been coming in, which is why they are holding free adoptions for these animals through the New Year. People can go to the shelter, find a cat of their choice, and take them home for no charge.

So far, more than 3,000 cats have come into the shelter this year.

Cats are a great adoption choice because they are very comforting and easy-going pets.

To adopt one, go to the shelter on Easterwood near Tom Brown Park, or go online to see their pet kennel on the site.
