Press Release: Chamber of Commerce

Tallahassee, Fla. – The Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce’s newest monthly event, Chamber Mobs, has been helping businesses increase exposure since the beginning of the year. This month, the Chamber is mobbing local grocery store New Leaf Market, located on Apalachee Parkway. Attendees will have an opportunity to participate in a wine tasting hosted by New Leaf Market from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. tonight, featuring four different wines. This event is free to all Chamber Mob participants.

Chamber Mobs encourage residents to visit a place of business and guarantee to spend a minimum of $15, providing an economic stimulus to the chamber member. Not only are Chamber Mobs helping local businesses achieve financial success, they are creating new customers, promoting commerce and uniting the community. Information has been delivered through digital outlets such as the Chamber Facebook page, Twitter account, website and bi-weekly e-newsletters. Last month’s Chamber Mob at the Crepevine off Gaines St brought in one of their largest lunch crowds of the year.
