Mark your calendar for Tuesday, Sept. 11. The Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office will host the 11th Annual 9/11 Memorial Service at the WCSO parking area at 15 Oak Street in Crawfordville and the public is invited to attend. The ceremony will begin at 8:45 a.m., the time the first terrorist attacked the World Trade Center in New York City.
Sheriff Donnie Crum invites everyone to come to the parking lot a little early. Refreshments will be served as the sheriff’s office honors the memories of those who died on the day that changed the United States forever.
